Terms of Service — Definition of Done Checklist

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Definition of Done Checklist app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of the App
The App is an Atlassian Forge app that adds a checklist panel to Jira issues. It runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. Checklist content is stored per Jira issue within your Atlassian environment, as described in the Privacy Policy at https://www.nixeagames.com/privacy.
3. License
Nixea grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and to Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or use it in violation of applicable law or Atlassian's terms.
5. Availability and support
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Support is offered on a best-effort basis via nixeagames@gmail.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nixea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
