Definition of Done Checklist ("the App") is an Atlassian Forge app. It runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. The App does not collect, transmit, or share personal data, and it uses no external servers or third-party services.
What data the App stores
The App stores only the checklist content you create on a Jira issue: the text of each checklist item and whether it is marked complete. This data is stored per Jira issue using Atlassian Forge storage (Key-Value Store), which resides within your Atlassian cloud environment.
The App does not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, usage analytics, or any other personal information.
Where data is stored
All data is stored within Atlassian's Forge platform. No data leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. Nixea does not have access to, and does not receive a copy of, your checklist data.
Data sharing
The App does not share any data with Nixea or with any third party.
Data retention and deletion
Checklist data persists for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App removes its stored data in accordance with Atlassian Forge's data lifecycle. You may also delete individual checklist items at any time from the App's panel.
